Finding Us

We're located in the heart of downtown Toronto, just steps from the Osgoode subway station. Street parking is available along Queen Street, and there's a public parking garage two blocks east on University Avenue.

If you're taking public transit, the 501 Queen streetcar stops directly in front of our studio. We're situated between University Avenue and Yonge Street, making us easily accessible from anywhere in the city.

Walking from Union Station takes approximately 10 minutes. Head north on University Avenue, then turn right onto Queen Street West. We're on the south side of the street.

Booking Information

Appointments

We operate by appointment only to ensure each client receives our full attention. Walk-ins are welcome if we have availability, but booking ahead guarantees your preferred time slot.

Cancellations

If you need to cancel or reschedule, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance. This allows us to offer your spot to another client. Late cancellations may be subject to a fee.

First-Time Clients

Please arrive five minutes early for your first visit. This gives us time to discuss your hair history, styling preferences, and any specific concerns. Bring reference photos if you have a particular look in mind.
